By visiting, browsing, or otherwise interacting with the Services, you represent and warrant that you have reviewed the Agreement in its entirety, that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into binding obligations, and that you consent to be bound without limitation or qualification. If you disagree with any provision herein, you must immediately discontinue all access.

Modifications. Blue Chip Signals may amend, restate, supplement, or replace the Agreement at any time in its sole discretion. Revised language will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued access after publication constitutes conclusive acceptance. You are solely responsible for monitoring revisions and familiarizing yourself with current obligations.

All data feeds, strategy notes, alerts, commentary, charts, research briefs, videos, webinars, messages, or conversational outputs (collectively, the “Content”) are furnished strictly for generalized educational and informational purposes. The Content does not constitute, and shall not be construed as, individualized investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage services, an offer to buy or sell securities, a solicitation for any transaction, legal advice, tax counsel, accounting guidance, or any form of professional fiduciary service. Blue Chip Signals is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, or any comparable domestic or foreign regulatory authority as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading adviser, or futures commission merchant. Shared access, resale, sublicensing, rebroadcast, or distribution of alerts, dashboards, transcripts, analytics, or data—whether for consideration or otherwise—is expressly forbidden and constitutes material breach. Blue Chip Signals may, without notice, suspend or revoke access, disable credentials, or pursue civil or equitable remedies if misuse is detected or suspected. Access terminated for cause is not eligible for reinstatement absent express written consent from Blue Chip Signals.

The Services, including all source code, algorithms, models, graphics, trademarks, service marks, compilation frameworks, audiovisual works, text, design elements, and derivative works, are owned by or licensed to Blue Chip Signals and protected by domestic and international intellectual property laws. Subject to full compliance with the Agreement, Blue Chip Signals grants a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to access the Content solely for personal, non-commercial observational purposes. Any reproduction, modification, derivative creation, public display, or other exploitation is prohibited absent prior written authorization.

To the extent you submit feedback, testimonials, survey responses, support tickets, forum postings, or other materials (collectively, “Submissions”), you grant Blue Chip Signals a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable license to use, adapt, store, reproduce, display, publish, translate, and create derivative works from such Submissions in any media now known or later developed, subject to our privacy commitments. You represent that your Submissions are accurate, lawful, non-confidential, and do not violate third-party rights.

Subscription tiers, add-ons, promotions, and trial periods may be offered at Blue Chip Signals’ discretion and are subject to the pricing, duration, and eligibility criteria displayed at the point of purchase. By initiating a transaction, you authorize Blue Chip Signals and its payment processors to charge the payment method on file for the initial term and any subsequent automatic renewals, unless you cancel in accordance with the applicable procedure. Pricing is quoted exclusive of taxes, duties, or governmental charges, all of which remain your responsibility.

Cancellation. To avoid renewal, you must submit a written request to support@bluechipsignals.online no fewer than seventy-two (72) hours before the next billing date. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle you to credits or reimbursements for prior periods. Voluntary closure of an account or elective downgrade takes effect at the end of the current paid term unless otherwise specified in writing.

Finality of Transactions. Payments remitted to Blue Chip Signals are regarded as earned upon receipt and, barring statutory rights that cannot be waived, are not subject to reversal, rescission, refund, or offset. Chargebacks, disputes, or payment recalls initiated with a financial institution will result in immediate suspension of access pending resolution, and Blue Chip Signals reserves the right to recover all associated fees, costs, and damages.

The Services are provided on an “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While Blue Chip Signals endeavors to source data from believed-to-be reliable channels, we do not warrant that any Content is accurate, complete, timely, current, or free of typographical or technical errors. Market data may be delayed, adjusted, or erroneous. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, third-party outages, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control. You acknowledge that you utilize the Services entirely at your own risk.

Trading securities, options, futures, cryptoassets, or any financial instruments involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of all invested capital. Volatility, liquidity constraints, slippage, execution delays, technology malfunctions, counterparty insolvency, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic events may result in severe adverse outcomes. Past performance, whether actual or hypothetical, is neither indicative of nor a guarantee for future results. You should trade only with risk capital that, if lost, would not impair your financial obligations or lifestyle.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Chip Signals, along with its members, managers, employees, contractors, licensors, affiliates, successors, and assigns, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, punitive, or enhanced damages; lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, trading losses, opportunity costs, business interruption, reputational harm, or regulatory penalties; whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, statute, equity, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Blue Chip Signals during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blue Chip Signals and its representatives from and against any claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) your access to or use of the Services; (b) your violation of the Agreement; (c) your infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property or other rights; or (d) any trading or investment decisions you effectuate in reliance on the Content.

Blue Chip Signals may at any time, with or without prior notice, suspend, limit, or terminate access to any portion of the Services if we determine, in our sole judgment, that you have breached the Agreement, created risk or possible legal exposure for Blue Chip Signals, or acted in a manner inconsistent with the intended use of the Services. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you shall immediately cease. Termination does not relieve you of accrued payment obligations, and Blue Chip Signals shall have no liability for any consequence arising from discontinuation of access.

The Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the County of Los Angeles, California, and waive any objection to inconvenient forum. You agree that prior to instituting any litigation, you will provide Blue Chip Signals with written notice of the dispute and allow thirty (30) days for good-faith negotiation. To the extent permitted by law, you waive the right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action against Blue Chip Signals.

By providing contact information, you consent to receiving transactional emails, platform alerts, compliance notices, and marketing communications in accordance with our privacy practices. SMS or text communications may be delivered for authentication or informational purposes; message frequency will vary. Standard carrier rates apply. You may opt-out of non-essential texts by replying “STOP,” and may request assistance by replying “HELP” or contacting support@bluechipsignals.online. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
