Cancellation & Renewal Policy
Unless a checkout page, written invoice, or written promotion expressly states otherwise, Blue Chip Signals paid access is sold as an annual subscription. Annual subscriptions automatically renew each year and the payment method on file may be charged for the renewal term unless cancellation is completed under this policy.
This policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
To cancel an annual subscription, email support@bluechipsignals.online from the email address associated with your account. Your message should clearly state that you want to cancel renewal and should include your name, account email, plan, and any available Stripe receipt or checkout reference.
To avoid renewal, cancellation requests must be received no fewer than seventy-two (72) hours before the next billing date. Cancellation requests received after that window may not prevent an already-scheduled renewal charge.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges after the current paid term, but it does not automatically create a right to a refund, credit, offset, or prorated reimbursement. Unless Blue Chip Signals states otherwise in writing, access continues through the end of the current paid term and may then expire, be downgraded, or be disabled.
Lifetime access, when offered, is a promotional exception to the annual subscription model. It is a limited access right to the applicable Blue Chip Signals services for the commercial life of those services, subject to the Terms of Service, Risk Disclaimer, Refund Policy, platform availability, third-party restrictions, misuse, legal risk, discontinued features, and any written limitations included with the offer.
If a payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, or cannot be processed, Blue Chip Signals may suspend or revoke access to the dashboard, Telegram channels, signal history, educational guides, trade planner, trading journal, and related features. Blue Chip Signals may also require updated billing information or written confirmation before restoring access.
