Refund Policy

Refund requests are reviewed by Blue Chip Signals LLC on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Except where required by law or expressly approved in writing by Blue Chip Signals, all fees, subscription payments, promotional purchases, lifetime access purchases, renewals, and add-on purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is submitted or access is provisioned.

This policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service.

To request refund review, email support@bluechipsignals.online from the email address associated with your purchase. Your request should include your name, account email, purchase date, plan or promotion purchased, Stripe receipt or checkout reference if available, and the reason for the request. Submission of a request does not create a right to a refund.

Blue Chip Signals may consider factors including, without limitation, whether account access was provisioned, whether Telegram channel access was issued, whether signals, guides, dashboard tools, planner, journal, or other member resources were accessed, the timing of the request, payment status, promotional terms, fraud indicators, account conduct, support history, and any applicable legal requirements.

If a refund is approved, if a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, if payment is reversed, or if billing fraud or abuse is suspected, Blue Chip Signals may immediately suspend or terminate access to the dashboard, Telegram channels, signal history, educational guides, trade planner, trading journal, support access, and any related account features. Refund approval does not waive any breach, misuse, confidentiality, intellectual-property, or payment obligations.

You agree to contact Blue Chip Signals before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we may attempt to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks, duplicate disputes, payment recalls, or abusive billing activity may result in account suspension, collection of unrecovered fees and costs, and denial of future service access to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Promotional pricing, coupons, limited-time offers, annual subscriptions, and lifetime access offers may carry additional restrictions displayed at checkout or communicated in writing. Lifetime access is a promotional access right, not a guarantee of perpetual operation of any specific product, ticker, channel, feature, integration, vendor, or delivery method.
