Terms of Service
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclaimer, Refund Policy, Cancellation & Renewal Policy, communications policies, and any supplemental notices issued from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement"), govern access to and use of https://bluechipsignals.online, affiliated pages, dashboards, trade planning tools, trading journal tools, content streams, messaging channels, documentation, support resources, and any other digital or offline resources provided by Blue Chip Signals LLC, a California limited liability company ("Blue Chip Signals," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting, purchasing, registering, browsing, or otherwise interacting with the Services, you represent that you have reviewed the Agreement in its entirety, have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, and consent to be bound without limitation or qualification. If you disagree with any provision, you must immediately discontinue all access.
Modifications. Blue Chip Signals may amend, restate, supplement, or replace the Agreement at any time in its sole discretion. Revised language will be posted with an updated effective date and may also be communicated by email or account notice. Continued access after publication constitutes acceptance. You are solely responsible for monitoring revisions and familiarizing yourself with current obligations.
Access to the Services is limited to natural persons located in the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old, possess full legal capacity, and are not prohibited from receiving financial-market information pursuant to applicable laws, sanctions, exchange rules, broker restrictions, or contractual restrictions. The Services are designed for self-directed users who make their own trading decisions. You agree to conduct independent due diligence, evaluate strategic decisions with caution, and refrain from relying on the Services as the sole or primary basis for any transaction. You further agree that you will not reverse engineer, duplicate, redistribute, frame, scrape, commercially exploit, resell, rebroadcast, or automate access to the Services; interfere with system integrity or security; attempt unauthorized access to private areas; mask or misrepresent your identity; or deploy automated tools to harvest proprietary Content.
Credentials, authentication factors, dashboard access tokens, Telegram invite links, signal feeds, trade planning tools, trading journal tools, and any derivative compilations are confidential. You are obligated to maintain strict control over login details, implement commercially reasonable safeguards, and notify Blue Chip Signals immediately of any suspected compromise. Shared access, resale, sublicensing, rebroadcast, forwarding, screen-recording, or distribution of alerts, dashboards, transcripts, analytics, journal/planner exports, invite links, or data - whether for consideration or otherwise - is expressly forbidden and constitutes material breach. Blue Chip Signals may, without notice, suspend or revoke access, disable credentials, rotate Telegram channels or invite links, or pursue civil or equitable remedies if misuse is detected or suspected. Access terminated for cause is not eligible for reinstatement absent express written consent from Blue Chip Signals.
The Services, including all source code, algorithms, models, graphics, trademarks, service marks, compilation frameworks, audiovisual works, text, design elements, and derivative works, are owned by or licensed to Blue Chip Signals and protected by domestic and international intellectual property laws. Subject to full compliance with the Agreement, Blue Chip Signals grants a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to access the Content solely for personal, non-commercial observational purposes. Any reproduction, modification, derivative creation, public display, or other exploitation is prohibited absent prior written authorization.
To the extent you submit feedback, testimonials, survey responses, support tickets, support communications, forum postings, trade planner notes, trading journal entries, or other materials (collectively, "Submissions"), you grant Blue Chip Signals a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable license to use, adapt, store, reproduce, display, publish, translate, and create derivative works from such Submissions as necessary to provide, secure, support, analyze, improve, defend, and administer the Services, subject to our privacy commitments. Public marketing use of identifiable testimonials will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy. You represent that your Submissions are accurate, lawful, non-confidential unless expressly agreed otherwise, and do not violate third-party rights.
The trade planner, trading journal, analytics, dashboards, calculators, and similar tools are convenience features only. They are not brokerage records, tax records, audited performance reports, accounting systems, or substitutes for your broker statements, confirmations, personal books, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for verifying, backing up, exporting, preserving, and correcting any information you enter. Blue Chip Signals may store planner and journal data through third-party infrastructure providers, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, legal sufficiency, tax accuracy, or permanent preservation of those records.
Unless a purchase page, written invoice, or signed promotion expressly states otherwise, paid access is sold as an annual subscription that automatically renews each year. By initiating a transaction, you authorize Blue Chip Signals and its payment processors, including Stripe, to charge the payment method on file for the initial term and each subsequent annual renewal unless you cancel in accordance with the applicable procedure. Subscription tiers, add-ons, promotions, trials, coupons, lifetime promotional access, and grandfathered offers may be offered or withdrawn at Blue Chip Signals' discretion and are subject to the pricing, duration, scope, and eligibility criteria displayed at the point of purchase or confirmed in writing. Pricing is quoted exclusive of taxes, duties, exchange fees, broker fees, data fees, or governmental charges, all of which remain your responsibility.
Cancellation. To avoid renewal, you must submit a written cancellation request to support@bluechipsignals.online no fewer than seventy-two (72) hours before the next billing date. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not entitle you to credits, reimbursements, prorated refunds, or retroactive relief for prior periods. Voluntary closure of an account or elective downgrade takes effect at the end of the current paid term unless otherwise specified in writing. Refunds and disputes. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed. Payments remitted to Blue Chip Signals are generally regarded as earned upon receipt and, barring statutory rights that cannot be waived or a written approval from Blue Chip Signals, are not subject to reversal, rescission, refund, or offset. Chargebacks, disputes, payment recalls, suspected fraud, refund approval, or billing abuse may result in immediate suspension or revocation of access pending resolution, and Blue Chip Signals reserves the right to recover all associated fees, costs, and damages. Lifetime promotional access. Lifetime access, if offered, is a limited promotional access right to the then-current Blue Chip Signals member services for the commercial life of the applicable service, unless terminated for breach, abuse, nonpayment of separate charges, legal risk, discontinued product lines, platform changes, third-party restrictions, or written offer limitations. Lifetime access does not guarantee perpetual operation of any specific Telegram channel, ticker, feature, integration, software, mobile app, educational guide, data provider, or delivery method.
The Services are provided on an "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While Blue Chip Signals endeavors to source data from believed-to-be reliable channels, we do not warrant that any Content is accurate, complete, timely, current, or free of typographical or technical errors. Market data may be delayed, adjusted, or erroneous. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, third-party outages, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control. You acknowledge that you utilize the Services entirely at your own risk.
The Services provide educational market information, trading signals, alerts, guides, commentary, and tools for self-directed users. They do not provide individualized investment advice, brokerage services, portfolio management, tax advice, legal advice, or fiduciary services. Options and securities trading involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of your entire invested capital. Our Risk Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Chip Signals, along with its members, managers, employees, contractors, licensors, affiliates, successors, and assigns, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, punitive, or enhanced damages; lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, trading losses, opportunity costs, business interruption, reputational harm, or regulatory penalties; whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, statute, equity, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Blue Chip Signals during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blue Chip Signals and its representatives from and against any claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your access to or use of the Services; (b) your violation of the Agreement; (c) your infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property or other rights; or (d) any trading or investment decisions you effectuate in reliance on the Content.
Blue Chip Signals may at any time, with or without prior notice, suspend, limit, or terminate access to any portion of the Services if we determine, in our sole judgment, that you have breached the Agreement, created risk or possible legal exposure for Blue Chip Signals, or acted in a manner inconsistent with the intended use of the Services. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you shall immediately cease. Termination does not relieve you of accrued payment obligations, and Blue Chip Signals shall have no liability for any consequence arising from discontinuation of access.
The Agreement shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the County of Los Angeles, California, and waive any objection to inconvenient forum. You agree that prior to instituting any litigation, you will provide Blue Chip Signals with written notice of the dispute and allow thirty (30) days for good-faith negotiation. To the extent permitted by law, you waive the right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action against Blue Chip Signals.
By providing contact information, you consent to receiving transactional emails, platform alerts, compliance notices, and marketing communications in accordance with our privacy practices. SMS or text communications may be delivered for authentication or informational purposes; message frequency will vary. Standard carrier rates apply. You may opt-out of non-essential texts by replying "STOP," and may request assistance by replying "HELP" or contacting support@bluechipsignals.online. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the Services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous proposals, representations, or understandings. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in full force. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver. You may not assign or transfer rights or obligations without Blue Chip Signals' prior written consent; any attempt is void. Blue Chip Signals may assign or delegate its rights and duties without restriction.
