Third-Party Services

We rely on select vendors and platforms to deliver portions of the Services. These include Supabase for authentication, database, edge functions, member state, entitlements, and application data; Stripe for payment processing and payment-related records; Telegram for signal-channel delivery and community access; Calendly for demo and appointment scheduling; Formspree for contact form submissions; Gmail and related email/SMTP systems for support, appointment, and transactional communications; and content delivery, social, trust, analytics, and infrastructure providers such as CDN, Font Awesome, Trustpilot, SaaS Browser, and social platforms linked from our site.

Those providers process your information in accordance with their own terms and privacy statements. We encourage you to review those disclosures. Blue Chip Signals uses commercially reasonable efforts to rely on providers that are appropriate for the nature of the Services, but we do not control all third-party platforms, including Telegram, Stripe, Calendly, Gmail, Formspree, or social networks.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not store full payment card numbers on our Supabase systems. We do not internally store Telegram usernames unless you separately provide that information to us through support, email, or another communication channel.

Cookies, Browser Storage & Analytics

We may use cookies, local storage, session storage, log files, pixels, and similar technologies to authenticate users, remember session preferences, preserve user experience state, migrate local journal or planner data into Supabase, understand usage patterns, improve performance, and detect abuse. Browser storage may include session indicators, user email indicators, post-setup state, planner/journal fallback records, and Supabase authentication state. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies and local storage; however, doing so may impair login, dashboard, trade planner, trading journal, and member-access functionality.

Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Safeguards may include encrypted transmission, Supabase row-level security controls, access-limited administrative workflows, authentication checks, audit records, and vendor security controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, Telegram access, devices, browser sessions, and email account.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as we determine it is reasonably necessary to provide the Services, administer accounts, preserve entitlements, maintain support history, operate security controls, comply with legal/tax/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, investigate abuse, defend claims, enforce agreements, and maintain business records. Payment, tax, refund, chargeback, security, operational, legal, email, support, and audit records may be retained even after account access is disabled. We may retain aggregated or de-identified data for analytical purposes indefinitely.

Your Choices & Rights
  • You may request access to, correction of, or review of your personal information by contacting support@bluechipsignals.online.
  • You may request that we disable account access or remove certain account/app data where feasible or legally required. We do not broadly promise deletion of all records, and we may retain payment, security, legal, operational, support, email, and business records as described above.
  • You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications by using unsubscribe mechanisms provided in those messages or by notifying us directly. Transactional, legal, account, security, support, and billing communications may continue.
  • California residents may have additional rights under applicable California privacy laws, including the right to know, correct, delete where required, and opt out of certain sales or sharing of personal information. To submit a request, contact us with "California Privacy Rights Request" in your message.
Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under thirteen (13) years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided information without parental consent, we will delete it promptly. If you believe your child has submitted information to us, please contact us immediately.

By using the Services, you consent to such transfer and processing, which may be subject to laws different from those in your jurisdiction.

Business Transfers

In the event that Blue Chip Signals LLC undergoes a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or insolvency proceeding, personal information held by us may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. Should such a transfer occur, we will take reasonable steps to ensure the receiving party is bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy, and that your information continues to be handled in a manner consistent with it. By continuing to use our Services, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of such transfers.
